The Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong (EFHK) urges Hong Kong employers to actively consider applying the Employment Support Scheme to work with the Government and the community at large to save jobs and keep employees paid.
“Hong Kong is experiencing a very difficult time and many enterprises are struggling to survive. The latest unemployment rate has climbed to a record high of 5.2% in more than a decade and it will deal a severe blow to our community if the situation further deteriorates. We thus urge all enterprises in Hong Kong to duly consider utilising the Employment Support Scheme to save jobs for our employees,” the Federation’s Chairman Alkin Kwong said.
