In 1999, the Federation initiated the Guide to Good Employment Practices (GGEP), a publication that promotes key principles and best practices of effective people management to employers. Through the GGEP, the Federation hopes to reassure employers that good people management practices can be effectively adopted in both conglomerates and SMEs of various sectors. The latest edition was published in 2021.
