網上研討會:國際遠程工作 — 優點還是禍首?(只提供英文版)

Flight suspensions from eight countries during the Christmas holiday period and the increasing need (or desire) to travel despite quarantine restrictions have caused many employees to consider working from overseas. Whether these requests arise from disrupted travel plans, or a desire to visit family abroad, employers are having to face the many complex issues that accompany such requests. There are many different views and approaches - international remote work: is it a risky endeavour and a distraction, a necessary evil, or a boon for talent acquisition and retention? Whatever your opinion of remote work, Hong Kong employers are facing numerous cases where the risks need to be managed.

Join us for a panel discussion of the immigration, tax and related issues that arise from international remote work and the thought process that employers need to go through to address these challenges.
